Who Us?

Here at A Novel Idea, we have one dream and that is to help grow the reading culture in Kenya. We are striving to create a space for readers where they can fully embrace their hobby while hopefully attracting new members to our ever growing tribe.

Being avid readers ourselves, we understand that reading can be kind of an expensive hobby. Books don’t come cheap, now do they? We came to realize that readers tend to swap books with family and friends all the time but it’s only a matter of time before you’ve read all the books there are to read within your circle.

That’s where we come in.

Our monthly book swaps are organized with the aim of trying to broaden your reach by creating a vast network of readers and providing them with a space to come together to swap books and continue reading while saving that coin! What makes it THAT much better is that you get to interact and enjoy the company of other individuals that share your interests.
